the Astana branch of the law firm Grata offers a vacancy for the position of Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities:

–       Take part in the internal projects and in the pre-sale activities

–       Prepare proposals, demo posters and presentations, assist in the negotiations with clients

–       Analyse business processes, define and formulate system requirements, investigate subject area

–       Develop solutions for system modification, configure system to meet the requirements

–       Find and attract new clients (process phone calls, active search for clients, negotiations)

–       Analyse the market and collect client data

–       Report on the work with current clients and the incoming information about clients

–       Process primary clients and refer them to lawyers according to region of residence

–       Draft monthly development plan

–       Attend conferences and business forums

–       Organise and conduct seminars

Requirements:

–       University degree in economics or science / engineering

–       English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher

–       Ability to use MS Office applications at advanced level

–       Presentation skills, teaching skills to train the end and key users

–       Client relations skills
